The rooms are comfortable and updated, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and there is a lovely view of St. Peter's church.

I was disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful 4-star hotel! It is situated right in the center of Vienna, perfect for exploring all the sights and attractions. The location couldn't have been more convenient, with great transport connections just around the corner. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all of my needs were taken care of. The room was small but very comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the early check-in service and the option to store my luggage after checking out. It was truly a luxurious experience!

The hotel was centrally located, making it very convenient for me to attend my conference and access public transportation. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to eat and drink. the rooms were clean and the breakfast provided a good variety of options.

The wifi was not always reliable and I missed having access to tea/coffee in my room. the bathroom layout was not ideal, as it encouraged flooding.

This place is right in the center of all major attractions to visit. The service is outstanding - the room service was top-notch and the bell staff/porter was always available to assist me. The room amenities were great, with a separate sitting area and mini-bar. The breakfast was hearty with plenty of options, and the Jacuzzi was a welcome treat at the end of a long day.
